Our warehouse area contains office/warehouse space from 1,750 square feet to 36,000 square feet.

Most warehouse areas have offices; each office area is freshly painted and cleaned and in most cases re-carpeted before the tenant moves into the space.

Our overheads offer clearance from 10 to 14 feet; our facility is well-lighted, and our staff works very hard to keep the area free of crime.

We also offer outside storage areas for the tenants of City View Park.
